Volunteer at the 2025 Hangar Ball!

CareFlight's annual Hangar Ball is a fun-filled event for attendees and for volunteers! All volunteers enjoy a meal, cold beverages throughout the night, snacks, and all the entertainment of the Ball while helping us to fundraise!

Areas where we rely on volunteers include:

• Setting up and decorating the Hangar
• Parking attendants
• Greeting and registering guests
• Assisting guests to find their tables
• Selling tickets for cocktails, fundraising games, wine pull
• Selling merchandise
• Assisting with the presentation and distribution of auction prizes
• Washing and drying glassware
• Ferrying ice, drinks and empty bottles and cans to and from the bar
• Packing down decorations and settings
