Volunteer at the 2023 Hangar Ball!
CareFlight's annual Hangar Ball is a fun-filled event for attendees and for volunteers! All volunteers enjoy a meal, cold beverages throughout the night, snacks, and all the entertainment of the Ball while helping us to fundraise!
Areas where we rely on volunteers include:
- Setting up and decorating the Hangar
- Parking attendants
- Greeting and registering guests
- Assisting guests to find their tables
- Selling tickets for cocktails, fundraising games, wine pull
- Selling merchandise
- Assisting with the presentation and distribution of auction prizes
- Washing and drying glassware
- Ferrying ice, drinks and empty bottles and cans to and from the bar
- Packing down decorations and settings
