Volunteer at the 2023 Hangar Ball!

CareFlight's annual Hangar Ball is a fun-filled event for attendees and for volunteers! Areas where we rely on volunteers include:

• Setting up and decorating the Hangar
• Greeting and registering guests
• Assisting guests to find their tables
• Promoting the Wine Pull 
• Managing collection of auction prizes
• Packing down decorations and settings
